Welcome to Arrow Disposal, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and dumpster rental offerings. By accessing our website or renting a dumpster from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Arrow Disposal, Inc. provides roll-off dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and construction use. Service availability may vary based on location.

2. Rental Terms

  • Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Additional fees may apply for extended rental periods.

  • Customer agrees to provide safe and accessible placement for delivery and pickup.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other approved methods.

  • Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, or extended rental time.

4. Prohibited Materials

Customers may NOT dispose of the following items in dumpsters:

  • Hazardous waste (chemicals, paint, oils, asbestos)

  • Tires, batteries, and propane tanks

  • Flammable or explosive materials

  • Medical or biohazard waste

The Company reserves the right to refuse pickup or charge additional fees if prohibited materials are found.

Additional Charges

  • $75 per additional ton over above weight limits

  • No refrigerators, no TVs. $200 fine.

  • $7 per day over the 14 days

  • $15 per applicance

  • $15 per couch

  • $25 per mattress

  • $8 per tire

Items not allowed in the dumpsters

  • Paints, liquids, any food products, televisions, freezers, and refrigerators

  • If you are putting dirt and/or concrete in the dumpster, please advise, since this will impact the weight limit charges.

  • No special waste, asbestos containing waste, petroleum contaminate items, radioactive, biochemical, corrosive, flammable, explosive, infectious, medical or hazardous waste.

  • No trees, no brush

Important: Notice on items not allowed.

  • Paint, liquids, (any food products), TVs, refrigerators and freezers ($200 fine). Please advise if you are putting any concrete or dirt in the dumpster. These are heavy items and overweight charges may apply.

5. Weight Limits

Each dumpster size includes a weight limit. Exceeding the limit will result in additional charges based on overage rates.

6. Placement and Damage

  • Customer is responsible for any damage to driveways, pavement, or property caused by dumpster placement unless otherwise agreed.

  • Customer must ensure the delivery area is clear and accessible.

7. Permits

Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits for dumpster placement (e.g., street placement permits).

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe prior to delivery.

  • Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

Arrow Dumpster Rental is not liable for:

  • Damage to property beyond our reasonable control

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Improper use of dumpsters by customers

10. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Arrow Disposal, Inc. its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services.

11. Website Use

  • Content on this website is for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is prohibited.

12. Privacy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
